TW Farms Technologies Ltd
Farm Forge
Build the world before you build the map. Unreal-centred terrain and world authoring from TW Farms Technologies Ltd, with exporters out to other programmes and an NVIDIA-backed OpenUSD path.
Flagship platform · In development
A platform shaped around the creator.
Farm Forge is the company’s terrain and world-building platform under active development. It brings terrain, routes, assets and environment work into one direction — with the person shaping the world staying in control.
The live product path is centred on Unreal Engine, with exporters out to other programmes where the work needs to travel. That sits alongside the company’s NVIDIA Inception commitment: OpenUSD scene exchange, Omniverse / Kit material, and RTX-aware workflows — not a side experiment.
Development evidence · Alpha canvas
Place the points. Read the ground.
The current alpha proves the first major workflow: place two points on terrain, calculate a real route, evaluate grade and terrain constraints, detect water crossings, create bridge stand-ins, inspect the height profile, and save the result as a reusable Farm Forge project.

Demonstrated foundations · Not a complete release
What the alpha already does.
Terrain routing
Standalone Windows launcher with terrain-based A* road routing, configurable slope and corner penalties, and maximum-grade validation.
Water & bridges
Water-crossing detection with bridge placeholders and route elevation profiles so you can inspect the decision, not just the line.
Project files
Save and reload work as .ffproj — rebuildable source, not a one-shot screenshot workflow.
OpenUSD stage
Early USD scene exchange has been proven with NVIDIA / Omniverse material. Broader Kit viewport integration remains development work.
Engineering update →Proving ground · Madison, Montana
Madison keeps the platform honest.
Madison is the first major proving ground: real terrain, real districts, real pressure to make roads follow the ground and places feel designed rather than dropped in. Capability claims wait on practical evidence here.

Product stack · Unreal · Exporters · NVIDIA
Unreal at the centre. Outbound where it matters.
Farm Forge authors the world in Unreal — the engine commitment for the platform going forward. Exporters carry routes, terrain and scene data into other programmes when a project needs them. NVIDIA Inception anchors the open-standards side: OpenUSD stages, Omniverse / Kit paths, and the long-term spatial stack.

Unreal Engine
Primary world and terrain authoring home. Madison and the wider platform are developed against this path.
Exporters
Outbound adapters into other programmes — including Farming Simulator pipelines — so work is not locked inside one editor.
NVIDIA commitment
Inception membership, OpenUSD scene exchange, and Omniverse / Kit material. Broader RTX viewport integration remains development work.
Creator still drives
Automation proposes; the person shaping the world approves. Same rule as the rest of TW Farms Technologies.
Roadmap · Not released features
What comes next.
Near-term work is consolidating source into one canonical Unreal-centred project, strengthening the routing alpha, hardening OpenUSD export on the NVIDIA path, proving terrain workflows on Madison, then widening the exporter set.
Canonical Unreal build
One clear development tree, one authoring path, evidence that survives a clean checkout.
Terrain & environment
Terrain interpretation, buildings, props and environment modules — each proven on Madison before broader claims.
Exporter coverage
Grow the outbound adapters so projects can leave Unreal cleanly for the programmes that need them.
Longer horizon
Simulation, agricultural planning and wider spatial applications remain future directions. No public release date is announced.
Product boundary
Farm Forge sits beside Mini Forge.
Farm Forge is the terrain and world-building platform. Mini Forge is the focused photo-to-3D asset forge for farm buildings and equipment. They share company R&D; they are not the same product.
